All Rides
We require a clear approach to the operating site of at least 1.5m wide including gateways.
Access must be free of steps, stairs and obstructions.
The Mad Cow:
- A flat and level circular operating area at least 7m in diameter (7m x 7m)
- An overhead clearance of 3m, special attention should be given to fans, light fittings, signage etc.
- 2 x standard dedicated single-phase power outlets of at least 10 amps within 30 metres of the operating position.
- The Mad Cow operates using 3 phase motors with and inbuilt single-phase inverter.
- Power for the Mad Cow via a generator should be from a minimum 15kva dedicated unit.
- So as to ensure proper operation, particular attention should be given to a dedicated power source for the Mad Cow.
- Operating surface to be flat, dry and free from loose and or sharp material.
- Operating weight is 450kg. Floors should be able to withstand a loading of at least 400kg m2.
- Notice should be given if floors are polished or decorated.
The Gladiator Joust:
- A flat and level operating area of 5.5m x 5m
- An overhead clearance of 3.5m, special attention should be given to fans, light fittings, signage etc.
- 1 x standard single-phase power outlets of at least 10 amps within 30 metres of the operating position.
- Operating surface to be flat, dry and free from loose and or sharp material.
The Open Age Jumping Castle:
- A flat and level grassed operating space of 5m x 7m
- An overhead clearance of 4.5m, special attention should be given to fans, light fittings, signage etc.
- 1 x standard single-phase power outlets of at least 10 amps within 30 metres of the operating position.
- Operating surface to be flat, dry and free from loose and or sharp material.
The Sumo Suits:
- A flat and level grassed operating space of 5m x 5m
- The immediate surrounding area is to be free of hazards.
- Operating surface to be flat, dry and free from loose and or sharp material.
- The Sumo Suits are dry-hire which means no operators are supplied with the game.
- The hirer must supervise all users and rules of use must be explained to each user prior to use.
- Any damage to the Sumo Suits is the hirer’s responsibility.

Fencing
At public events safety fencing may be required. As per WorkCover guidelines we supply safety fencing around our equipment, as well as the above operating area we will also require an additional 2m clearance around the site.
Power via a Generator
Power for the Mad Cow via a generator should be from a minimum 15kva dedicated unit.
Power for the inflatable blowers is 2HP 1.5kw 1500 watts per blower.

We can operate in most weather conditions, rain usually does not stop us….come rain, hail or shine.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to provide adequate provision for inclement weather.

Like all physical interactive amusement rides and games injuries can and do occur on occasion, therefore all participants should be made aware that use the rides or take part in the games at their own risk.
All rides are taken at the rider’s own risk.

By accepting this booking the Customer, Event Organiser and/or Committee acknowledges that all the above conditions are understood and agrees to reimburse Mad Cow Entertainment for any losses incurred including travel costs, staff wages and accommodation expenses should the venue or site be unsuitable for safe operation of our equipment.
